Pre-shipment inspections

We provide inspection services to ensure that produced batches meet quality specification standards and other relevant requirements. Inspections can be conducted at any stage of the production process, ideally after the full production of the batch, before the loading and shipment process.

As a derivative of the shipment inspection service, we also provide loading supervision to ensure that the products are properly arranged until the container is sealed.

Our inspection services involve assigning a technical professional – Quality Inspector – at the production or shipment site, whether in Brazil or abroad, equipped with a pre-approved plan and sampling method to verify the conformity (or non-conformity) of the batch of interest.

All inspections are conducted based on the international statistical sampling plan MIL-STD-105 E (ISO 2859-1:1999) and can include specific points of interest requested by the organization.

In conclusion, a report demonstrating the conformity status of the verified batch is issued within 2 days.

Inspections ensure that:
  • The quantity produced meets the requested quantity.

  • The functionality and characteristics of the products meet the established standards.

  • The specifications of the produced batch meet the production order.

  • The packaging, labeling, instructions, and markings comply with legal standards.

This service aims to inspect products before or after loading. Wherever your products are located, our inspectors can monitor all stages of the process, including container assessment, product information verification, quantity, packaging, and overall supervision of the loading process.

The service ensures that the products have been loaded and arranged safely, regardless of the means of transportation - maritime or land.

The inspections ensure:
  • Necessary documents for shipment.

  • Quantity of shipped inputs.

  • Traceability - production codes, and others, against the shipping list or invoice.

  • Conditions of packaging, boxes, and pallets.

  • Labeling of packaging.

  • Shipping marking to meet regulatory requirements.

  • Documented record of any observed damage during the shipping process.

  • Preservation conditions of the containers, internally and externally.

  • Documentation of containers and registration codes.

Factory inspections

We offer factory inspection services, or factory audits, that provide an accurate insight into the structure of the supplier of interest, in Brazil, Southeast Asia, or other major export points worldwide. These services are aimed at verifying the capacity and structure of the supplier, so that appropriate contractual decisions can be made.

The inspection begins with gathering basic information about the supplier, verifying its legality and legitimacy, ensuring that the source is in accordance with what is presented to the market, followed by on-site inspection to verify the capacity and other intended requirements.

Factory inspections cover:
  • Facilities and infrastructure.

  • Machinery and equipment.

  • Process capacity.

  • Essential documents and certifications for operation.

  • Extent of the declared management system, considering its applicability to the manufacturing of its products.

  • Validity of ISO certificates and the reputation of issuing certifying bodies.

  • Methodology and quality control to be applied.

  • Packaging methods and traceability.

In factory inspections, requirements of greater or lesser relevance can be considered, depending on the needs determined by your organization.
